April 2000... The Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) was organized in 1950 to represent manufacturers and designers engaged in the production of a wide range of plastic pipe and accessories. A 12-page, four-color brochure commemorating the event includes a timeline and historical highlights of the industry and its evolution into the 21st century. Today the PPI is the voice for its members, who share an interest in educating industry about the benefits of plastic pipe.
